For Accompanying Person:

- Accompanying person will not be permitted to attend the Scientific Sessions or visit the exhibition.
- Permitted only with a Registered delegate in a "SINGLE ROOM".

Accommodation for Registered Delegates:
- Hotel accommodation at Taj Santacruz, Mumbai for 1 night - 2 days.
(i.e. Check in 9th November after 14:00 hrs & Check out 10th November 2019 by 12:00 noon)
- Early Check in before 14:00 hrs or a late checkout beyond 12:00 noon will be charged @ 50% of
the room rates
- Early Check in before 07:00 hrs or a late checkout after 18:00 hrs will be charged @ 100% of the
room rates
